The SK Telecom team more commonly known nowadays as T1 since its merger with the American gaming conglomerate Comcast Spectacor, has a new logo. This logo features a simple writing of T1 in red where we notice that the left of the T extends like a wing. This is obviously the symbol of SK Telecom T1 for years; hovering over the world of e-sports.

History of the team

SK Telecom is a Korean e-sports team that is based in South Korea.The South Korean telecommunications organization previously sponsored two sister teams known as S and K before taking over the SKT team under its umbrella. The team then changed its name to SK Telecom in April 2004 following the signing of a sponsorship deal with Korean telecommunications giant SK Telecom. In 2012, they joined the League of Legends.

But at the end of the first season, they proceed to a recomposition of the team in view of the mixed results obtained during this season. Composition of the 2020 team and prospects

The SK Telecom T1 or T1 has undoubtedly made e-Sport history with its three world championships won. Admittedly, no team has done better so far. But the hardest thing is not to win, but rather to stay on top of this very competitive sport. This is because the team has been chasing a fourth world championship title for almost four years. In 2019, the team has returned to the top after a catastrophic 2018. The explanation for these fluctuations in performance remains and remains the constant and major changes in the SKT's workforce. There have been several player departures in recent years, but especially the most impactful transfer was that of coach kkOma. The legendary coach of SKT since 2013 left for China.
